It functions smooth and seamlessly, but also provides data that I currently find very useful! By being to view this data, quickly, I am able to redesign my portfolio based on what files are being viewed the most and also making sure that my work is reaching the right audience. Because the design is so consistent and follows a path analogous to interacting with the real world, I find it’s much easier to focus on my task than, say, when I’m using Google docs. In other words, it’s immersive and that helps me work more efficiently. I also appreciated the fact that the programming responded swiftly. Document sharing and managing can be very tedious, especially if one is always watching a dancing hour-glass. My favorite part of the site is the Asset Manager. Compared to other sites I believe it to be quite better. I like that it give you easy, but full control access to you files, and sharing. Also It' s not that complicated to figure out. As far as the other features, the Report feature I think is a good idea. It' easy to use and understand, I thin kit will be an extra to every member if they use for the purpose it's built for.
