Please allow us to add more than one sticky note per session while in MUSEWORX! It seems that only one note is allowed per session while working/viewing a shared image... collaborating.
Try adding a second note and it erases the previous one!

| I agree on this point. More than one note would definitely be more useful. |

Good question You can add as many notes as you wish. The bottom of the .jam file area shows a list of comments. Selecting a comment or using the VCR control allows you to scroll through the comments. New as of yesterday, you can also print a report of comments. We'll be doing some training on these features in the near future. |

My partner and I were playing around with a project in Museworx this evening and I must say that the chat functionality and the comment stickies are awesome features and seem to be working fine. They were also very fast. A couple of things came up as we played: 1. The notes continue to pop up even after hiding them. Is there a way that notes will stay hidden until you go back to the note screen? There doesn't seem to be a way to "un-highlight" a note. Whichever note/comment is highlighted will continue to pop up after a short period of time after hiding it. 2. The white background is distracting. I belong to photoworkshop.com and images there are always displayed on a neutral grey background. We have always found it easier to stay focused on the image when there is a more neutral background. White also tends to make an entire image look brighter than it may actually be and can also affect how we view color. I'm sure all of us agree that all of our work in color is "color critical" and personally I find that I see "actual" color a little better against a medium dark grey -- 15% - 30% grey perhaps? Other than than, we're finding that museworx has a lot of potential as a business tool for us! Very cool! |

More good questions: 1. on the note, notice the word"hide" on the bottom. Thi will hide the note and clear your screen. Clicking on a note in the list will bring it up agin. 2. Good suggestion on the grey...would be easy, we'll ask a few others. David |

It would be great if we had a tool that would allow us to select a jamuse background from light grey to black when sharing or collaborating.
white, 15% grey, 30% grey, 50% grey and black |

David -- I was hiding notes. The issue is that they don't stay hidden until clicked on again. Whichever note was the one to be last viewed and then hidden will reappear on its own after a short period of time. Of course, one can click on the hand tool and move the note off the image or move the image out from under the note, but that is not particularly intuitive. I figured it out but an artist friend and colleague who I shared a project with got frustrated and logged out. Bob -- an even better idea! I guess I just didn't want to be too pushy, but your suggestion would be sure to please just about everyone! Peace, Dan |

In addition to a note constantly reappearing after clicking "Hide" (the first note on the list is the offender, for me), I can't seem to readily bring the other notes to the stage AFTER clicking "Hide". If I don't click "Hide" and scroll through the other notes, they will appear on the stage. As soon as I click "Hide," I can try to click on the other notes and they will not appear. I have to wait for the offending first note to reappear to be able to see the others. (Mac)
Hope that makes sense. Thanks. |

Hello David, It still behaves as I describe above with the added problem that a project is not launching for an invited user in Safari. The project does launch from Firefox. In Safari, the user is taken to the main Museworx page after login. Thanks for checking into this. |

| Note continues to reappear in IE6. In fact, I think it stays hidden for an even shorter duration now. Also, it is not the last viewed/highlighted note that keeps reappearing. The system is now reverting to the most recently posted note regardless of the last note to be hidden. |

We updated something that we'll be showing you soon and must have reverted the hidding issue. We'll take a look. We'll keep looking into Safari inconsistancies. |
