I am not impressed by her. I don't think that her candidacy will bring Senator Clinton's supporters over to the McCain ticket. Women aren't interchangeable. These two have totally opposing views. In fact, it's kind of insulting to the female voters to even infer they are dumb enough to select a candidate based solely on gender. It would be nice to see a woman president or vice president but it's not a vital issue. In fact, gender, race, religion are non issues in such a serious race. What matters is that person's ability to lead and bring about the changes that are so sorely needed in our country today. Someone who hears the voices and issues of all the people and addresses them with wisdom, compassion and vision. Women who support Hillary Clinton come from all sorts of diverse backgrounds. Those women and their families have been ignored and overlooked for years by Palin's party. For me personally, the photo of her standing with her young daughter beside a bloody caribou that had just been killed was appalling. If her values are to teach such bloody slaughter to her kids, that's fine. But it is certainly not an example of what I want for my family.
