| When I view my portfolio files in my profile only about 8-9 of them appear in that scrolling feature on top. The rest don't appear, is that a preference you have to set, or is it just limmited? Take alook at my profile to see, my name is ArnieB, under digital artist-graphic arts.
Thanks |

Arnie -- That's another quirk that I think they are looking at. For some reason, the accordion feature doesn't seem to reflect all images in one's portfolio. |

Arnie / Allan - Good catch. Originally we had all images appearing in the scrolling "rolodex". But we found that the users portfolio page would really slow down. So we had to set this feature to display approx 10 images. However, good news we are working on allowing you to choose which images you would like to display (and order). A lot of good things are on the way. I’ll keep you posted. |

Yes, right now, it only let use post ten images on the slide show, but we can select which one to show on it. To do this you must follow these simple steps. Go to: 1)Museworx 2)Click on (my assets) under My files or whatever name you name it. This is where all the images you uploaded to your portfolios are located. 3)Now select the images you want to show up on the portfolio slide show. 4)YOu will see the image show up larger. Next, under the image you will see 4 little settings. 5) select the first icon, called edit file. A setting will pop up. If you select the boxes (include in the Community and portfolio) and then SAVE! Your image will show up in the slide show gallery.
Good luck!

Yes, Allowing users to choose will be instrumental. And also pick the order of the files, like anyone would do with their real portfolio. I'd like to show my best work on the slide. Unfortunately, it picked a few of my worst. Just my luck... By the way I think this site will turn out great. You guys are awesome. |

I wish PDF files would actually display. Otherwise, the site is not very useful forr people like myself, an advertising writer. Iwould also be really helpful if users could select the image/thumbnail they wanted to use for files, especially audio and video files. This would be especially helpful for differentiating the radio spots I loaded. Thanks. |

After using the site for a day I realize that it'd be nice to be able to set a simplified URL to your profile and portfolio. Creativehotlist and I think Myspace lets you do this. That way you don't have to put down a long URL for others to type. Maybe my profile page could be something like "www.jamuse.com/ekwmin" That'd be awesome.
