| This has possibly already been covered, so I apologise if I'm going over old ground.
I am thinking that a 'Help' page or downloadable 'How to' PDF within the collaborative file share URL linked from a sent email might be useful for those using this facility at the receivers end.
You know, how to add a comment, etc.
Hope that makes sense.

| it makes a lot of sense, but to be honest, I've had 0 complaints or issues, it's pretty straightforward. just my 2¢ |
