Is there some way that clients can go and download files from a secure area? Or do I have to send a link for each image? This would be very hard for me to do as I have a bunch of folks that need to pick up images at this point for the same job.
Does anyone know?

Ok. What I decided to do, since I need my clients to see the files now and download them is to close my profile to the public temporarily and set up their files as my portfolio--they wanted to see all the files side by side. Secondly, I am in the process of adding them as colleagues so they can go to my assets and download their files, which they need to be able to do. This is a workaround, but I don't know what else to do at the moment. Anybody else having these issues? Is there a better solution? Ann-Marie |

Ann, Again sorry for the late response. Put all the files in the same folder in Museworx to make them easy to find. Use the Share With wizard, select all the files and select "Original" files. Your users will have to download them one at a time. This is no different than sending them an email with a bunch of attachments, but it is easier to send. You can send it to all the users at the same time by typing in all their emails in the message. I hope this helps. The other way is to Zip the files into one file and send that, but then again, your users have to know how to unzip them. David |
