My answer would be to make sure that the state is included in your profile. The keyword search is pretty advanced and uses a frequency counter as part of the algorithm. If your keywords that you anticipate are in the bio, it will find them. Of course if the user wants something specific, the find an expert is one of the best I've seen.

| I have found that my location information will get removed. I have had to update for contact info several times. So when I search by location, I don't come up. |
