Have you tried uploading a Zip file yet? Because here is the information I found on FAQ link.
jamuse automatically
manages uploading, storing, and transferring over 400 different image,
audio, video and presentation file formats. In addition, jamuse
automatically converts any of these 400 different files formats into a
“.jam” formatted file for sharing and collaborating. The jam file
format specifically protects shared or collaborated files from
unauthorized file downloading/copying.
If it does not work then it does not support it right now.
