Has anyone had problems with email messages here in Jamuse. I receive email messages but when I open them, there is nothing. So I repeatedly have to ask people to resend the message or use my Hotmail address. I'm wondering what the problem is. I have no special settings that would cause this (that I can tell). I could be doing something wrong (but I doubt it). Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
I contacted Live Help on Saturday but they were unable to give me an answer. They said they would get back to me in 24-36 hours. Perhaps another user has had this experience and resolved it. It's been a frustration for me.
